Auction Rules – 24 april

Because of its great success in October we want to give the auction another go. But this time we want to give back to you lovely Guild members by organizing a big summer barbeque by using the money we will raise at this auction.

The money that remains after the barbeque will be for The Guild foundation to organize the weekly activities.

Bring along your cool geeky stuff that deserves a happy new owner.

However you are not required to bring something or to bid on an item!

The auction will go as follows:

• On April 24th we will begin at 19:00 in the FNV Nijmegen.
• The bidding however will be from 20:00 until 22:00
• During the auction you can play boardgames or hang out with your guild buddies.
• Items for the auction can be submitted between 19:00 and 20:00
• You may set a starting price for items you bring, but keep in mind that we like to have small prices.
• New bids have to be at least 50 cents higher than the last bid.
• There is no limit to the amount of bids, but be mindful of what you can afford.
• After the auction closes, 22:00, all winning bids will be announced and the winners can pay for their items and bring them home.
• Items can be paid for with our donations page on our website online, digital payment is preferred over cash.
• If the highest bidder cannot be found, the next best bid will be the winning bid.
• Items that had no bids has to be taken home by the person who brought them
