🎭Mindfulness Art Night 🎭
In a world where everything moves so fast, we need to take some time to slow down.
During this evening we will slow down, focus on the now, relax and maybe even release some stress by using art materials. We will be doing several mindfulness art exercises, guided by Nina.
It will start at 20:00 and will take around an hour and a half. Please be on time!
